These Terms are an agreement between you and [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"), which runs Cycle Decoded and Cycle Decoded Her Portal (the "Portal"). By buying access to or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the Portal is, and what it is not
The Portal is a research-informed lifestyle coaching and education program. It offers daily check-ins, habit tracking, decision cards, relaxation practices, food information and articles.
- It is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not predict or promise any fertility, pregnancy or IVF outcome.
- It works alongside your doctor or fertility clinic, never in place of them. If anything in the Portal differs from your clinic's instructions, follow your clinic.
- No practitioner–patient relationship. Dr. Lejla Fazlicic holds professional licenses, but content in the Portal is general coaching and education. Using the Portal does not create a practitioner–patient or provider–patient relationship.
- Cycle phases and the fertile window are calendar estimates based on the dates you enter. They are not for contraception, and they are not a diagnosis. Ovulation tests or your clinic's monitoring are more precise.
- Talk with your own doctor before changing any medication or supplement, or starting a new diet or exercise plan.
- In an emergency, call 911. If you ever feel unsafe or think about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US).
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States [or: list other countries once you are set up for them]. Access is for you personally and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
3. Price, access period and renewal
- Access costs $149, paid once through our payment processor, Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
- One purchase gives you one year of access from the date of purchase. After that, access ends unless you buy another year.
- Each device (phone, laptop) signs in separately. You can sign in on a new device with the "Email me a sign-in link" option, using the email you paid with.
- We may change the price for future purchases. Changes do not affect access you have already paid for.
4. Refunds

Option A: If the Portal isn't right for you, email hello@cycledecoded.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After a refund, your access ends.
Option B: Because you get immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. We may make exceptions at our discretion.
5. Your data stays on your device
Everything you enter in the Portal (check-ins, habits, notes, ratings) is saved only in your own browser on your own device. We never receive it. That means:
- We cannot see, restore or recover your entries.
- If you clear your browser data, change devices or lose your device, your entries may be lost. Use "Download my data" in My Profile to keep your own backup.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and backups secure.

6. Content and intellectual property
All Portal content (text, practices, decision cards, food ratings, articles, design and software) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, publish or sell it. Glycemic index values are approximate averages from published tables, and anti-inflammatory scores are coaching ratings, not clinical or laboratory measures.
7. Acceptable use
Don't share your access, try to get around the payment or sign-in system, interfere with the site, or use the Portal for anything unlawful.
8. Disclaimers
The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Research changes over time, and content may not reflect the latest studies. Individual results vary, and no particular result is promised.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Portal is limited to the amount you paid for access in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Ending access
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, for example by sharing access. You can stop using the Portal at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date, and important changes will be shown in the Portal or on the sign-up page. Continuing to use the Portal after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Your attorney may add a dispute-resolution clause here.]
